“I wanted to do a painting that was a representation of our group of women artists with a fun modern flare. I have a lot of different styles of Champaign glasses and decided that each glass could represent a different artist. We set up a photo shoot and did a tight crop to give just a slice of the view and of what makes each of us our unique selves.  The glasses (and these women) are filled with effervescent forces and they make me feel happy and lighthearted when I partake of their fruit and friendship.     Ouí - but of course, I was sipping some bubbly when I was painting on my canvas!”
